Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once an order has shipped, Rumeur Lingerie is not responsible for carrier delays.
Online Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
Due to the intimate nature of our products, online purchases are subject to the following return policy:

Online orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery

Customers may choose exchange, store credit, or refund to the original form of payment

One return is permitted per online order

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Returns must be initiated by email approval prior to shipping
Restocking Fee

Approved refunds to the original form of payment are issued less a 10% restocking fee

The 10% restocking fee is waived when store credit is selected
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please email sales@rumeurlingerie.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Online returns must be shipped back and cannot be processed in-store.

Returned items must:

Have all tags and hygienic liners attached

Be free of odors, stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear
Final Sale Items (All Online Orders)
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

Accessories
Items that do not meet return requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense.
