In-Store Exchanges & Store Credit

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all in-store purchases are final sale with the following exception:

  • In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and hygienic liners must be attached

  • Original receipt is required

No refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Final Sale Items (No Exceptions)

  • All sale or discounted merchandise

  • Panties

  • Bodysuits

  • Hosiery

  • Accessories

Store credit never expires.

All bras are sold in U.S. sizing unless otherwise noted.
